Sunday Mornings for Children and Youth

Professional Childcare

Two childcare providers are on staff Sunday mornings, trained in child CPR, for children infant through 3 years.

Sunday Morning Program- 4 years old through 4th graders

On most Sundays, children attend worship in the sanctuary through the Conversation with Children. At that point, they go upstairs to our Junior Church program, where they continue worshiping, even as they are learning about worship. At 11:00 a.m., children go to Sunday School, which is an active program of Bible story exploration using the Workshop Rotation model. Programming ends at noon.

Sunday Morning Program- 5th, 6th and 7th graders

This class is called the WWJD Team which meets in their downstairs classroom at approximately 11:00 a.m. following the conclusion of worship. They are using a Faith Alive curriculum called Walk With Me. Programming ends at noon.

Sunday Morning Program- 8th through 12th graders

This class is called Youth Express which meets in their downstairs classroom at approximately 11:00 a.m. following the conclusion of worship. They are using the We Believe curriculum of the PC(USA). Programming ends at noon.

Family Worship Sundays

On Family Worship Sundays, we worship together young and old for the entire worship service, and there is no Sunday School for children or youth.
