Organization and Denomination

• we do things "decently and in order" and try to do things in an organized way
• committees, boards, and groups make the decisions; member-leaders have responsibilities
• we are a connectional church and we do not act in isolation. Our regional association of 70 churches is called The Presbytery of Lake Michigan, and we do much work together. Our denomination is Presbyterian Church USA (pcusa.org).
